Fans Left Dumbfounded As F1 Favorite Twitch Quartet Ft Leclerc, Norris, Russel & Albon Takes New Avatar

Imagine Formula 1 having its own boy band. Imagine the younger drivers taking up the initiative to form a band like Westlife, Backstreet Boys, or Boyzone, performing during the off-weekends. Well, the imagination wasn’t entirely a bluff as a part of this got materialized as F1 fans share their thoughts.

F1 has seen a bunch of younger super talented drivers in the paddock in the last few years. Of course, we are talking about Charles Leclerc, Lando Norris, George Russell & Alex Albon. Now, apart from performing on tracks, how about they perform as a band?

The official Twitter handle of the McLaren F1 team has come forward to paint the same picture as they wrote, “Behold… The Twitch Quartet! Not bringing this to life simply wasn’t an option.”

F1 fans react as the backdrop of the band gets unfolded

The Ferrari driver acted as the lead singer, the Williams star was the drummer, the McLaren driver had the triangle, and the Mercedes driver was the bassist.

To this, the Mercedes AMG F1 team’s Twitter handle replied with “George is the type of guy who plays the bass shirtless.”

The idea for this has come from a verified Williams reply to the user on Reddit “Ok-distance 6320” where four roles were asked for the Twitch quartet.

Leclerc, Norris, Russell, and Albon are four of Twitch’s star streamers and have often streamed together. This got the four drivers their famous name, “Twitch Quartet.”

The F1 fans react as they saw their favorite drivers play a different role than their usual weekend drives.

The drivers mentioned here stream on Twitch during off weekends and showcase their gaming talents.

As the world of F1 is still on break, this has been a great way to keep the fans engaged before the race gets underway in Singapore this weekend.
