The Tuscan Grand Prix saw some really nasty crashes. The crashes caused so much havoc that the safety car had to be brought out twice. The race at the Tuscan Grand Prix marked the 1000th race for Scuderia Ferrari. However, marred with crashes and restarts, the race was a bumpy ride for all. Although Ferrari had a respectable finish with Charles Leclerc at P8 and Sebastian Vettel at P10.
With Ferrari’s horrendous performances in previous races, a proper finish was the only thing they’re hoping for. Luckily they not only grabbed a respectable finish. But also grabbed points for Ferrari.
Sebastian Vettel was heard on the team radio following the second safety car deployment. He was heard enquiring about the race.

“How many races are left? Sorry! How many laps in this race? Vettel asked.
He was informed right away regarding the remaining laps.
“One-four. One-four! Thirteen. One we just done.”
After the race was over, Vettel was heard asking about the position of his car. Thinking he dropped the point by one position he apologized.
“I pushed as hard as I could. We are P11 then?”
However, he was rightly informed about his standings along with the complete top 10 finish.
“P8 Charles and P10 for us. Still in the points. Cool the brakes, then you can drink. So Hamilton won the race and Bottas, Albon P3. Ricciardo, Perez, Norris P6. Kvyat P7.”
Appreciating the effort of his team, Vettel engaged onto a light humor. He was caught cracking a joke regarding the two race restarts.
“Okay P1 and 0. Thanks guys. I pushed as hard as I can but I was getting nervous again. Is there another restart or that’s it?”
