Although Formula One drivers are icons and role models, they also have people who they admire. Recently, the Ferrari duo of Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz took part in an activity called ‘Walk the Talk’. Over here, they spoke on a variety of subjects, and one of them was about which three famous people they would have dinner with.

Leclerc said, “One I would like but just for my personal interest, it‘s probably (Elon Musk). There is so much going on in his life, so many different projects. I would love to speak to him and maybe have dinner with him.

The Monagesque racer continued, “Ayrton Senna would probably be the second person because he has been my inspiration in racing. Last one, nobody comes to my mind specifically, but these two, I would definitely be proud to have at my table.”

Despite only having two names, Leclerc hit the bullseye and F1 fans will look forward to him potentially sharing the table with Elon Musk.

Aside from Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz also revealed his inspirations

The Spaniard confessed that he would love to have Tiger Woods, as the American is such a ‘special character’, and Sainz is an avid golfer himself. Another person is the late boxer, Muhammad Ali, mostly because of his sporting prowess. However, Sainz Jr also admitted that he admired Ali’s work outside the boxing ring.

The Spanish driver also revealed that he would love to have Ayrton Senna as his third guest. So without a doubt, Senna is still regarded as a legend, and many racing drivers admire him.

This season, the Scuderia Ferrari team is on a path towards redemption. After a nightmare of a 2020 season, the Italian giants are keen to be back where they belong, at the front. Of course, the road there will not be easy, especially with Mercedes and Red Bull standing in their way. Furthermore, there are also teams like McLaren, Alpine, AlphaTauri, Aston Martin, and more, who could be dark horses.
