The personality of a Formula 1 driver isn’t just defined by their on-track performances. It’s defined more by how they are outside of their natural racing environment—who they hang out with, what they engage in outside of F1, and who they’re dating—because that’s when their actual personality shines through. And ever since Pierre Gasly and Francisca “Kika” Gomes started dating in 2022, the F1 community has seen a goofier side to the French driver.

Pierre and Kika quickly became one of the most adorable couples in the paddock, and a recent picture of the two Kika posted on her Instagram—captioning it “my favorite person”—has fans falling more in love with them. In the selfie, both dressed to step out are holding on to each other while making goofy faces at the camera. Kika is also holding a Louis Vuitton purse in the picture. 

Louis Vuitton is one of the most well-known luxury brands in the world, recognized for its chic and classy style. But Pierre and Kika are no strangers to chic fashion. In fact, Gasly is one of the chicest drivers on the grid, arriving at Grand Prix weekends dressed in style. And Kika, being a model, also has her fair share of classiness. The two even attended the Louis Vuitton Men’s Spring Fashion Show in Paris a few weeks ago, decked up in Louis Vuitton apparel.

But as much as the LV purse did catch attention, fans of the couple were more drawn to the funny faces they were making and flooded the comments with praises.

Fans love getting a glimpse into the lives of their favorite drivers outside of F1. And a lot of the time, the F1 community has the drivers’ partners to thank for fulfilling their wishes. And ever since Gasly and Kika started dating, fans can’t get enough of the couple. So when Kika posted a funny picture of the two, fans couldn’t hold themselves back.

While Kika called Pierre her “favorite person,” fans called them their favorite couple.

“They will always be my favorite people 💕”

A fan lovingly called them “crackheads” because of their expressions. They said, “My fav little crack heads❤️”

Another fan referred to them as the couple of the moment, the couple everyone ships. They said: “The ‘it couple fr ✨”

Looking at their expressions, a few fans couldn’t help but call them cute.

One fan even gave Gasly a hilarious suggestion for next year, saying, “Next season, this needs to be his pose on the opening title for F1 😂😭”
