Coulthard reveals Charles Leclerc reminds him of Michael Schumacher

It is quite fascinating to see David comparing Charles with Michael after just 3 races of the season. Michael Schumacher had dominated the sport for well over a decade with Ferrari and won 5 consecutive World Championships with them.

Leclerc in this season is looking like the driver that finally ends the championship drought for the Italian team. Ferrari have not won a championship since 2008. David mentioned that Charles mightily impressed him with his performance at the Australian Grand Prix.

“I have to say I actually shuddered a little! It took me back to when Michael dominated the Ferrari. All my fears came back! We have to say that Charles is a quality and a great driver,” said the former McLaren driver.
