What does Charles Leclerc lack when compared to Michael Schumacher?

Luigi Mazzola is a former Ferrari member who worked with the greats like Schumacher and Prost. Mazzola suggested that Charles Leclerc lacks the cunning edge that Michael Schumacher had about himself—the behavior of never accepting any failures. While Charles Leclerc does get disappointed, he doesn’t really portray his anger well. This results in him not being able to pull the team up toward a goal like Michael Schumacher did in his days.

According to Formulapassion.it, Luigi Mazzola said, “I saw Leclerc quite disappointed, he manifested it in interviews, his is a kind anger, he is proving to be a gentleman. I’ve heard that a pilot is missing. I saw it when a Prost or a Schumacher arrived. When a pilot arrives to whom ‘don’t tell him’ and above all who knows what is happening there, he makes a difference because he begins to drag the team towards a goal, he drags it in the right direction.” [Translated Via Google]
