The Azerbaijan Grand Prix at the Baku International Circuit never disappoints. There is always something that disrupts the flow and the packing order in F1. But it brought heartbreak for Alfa Romeo driver Guanyu Zhou as he retired from the race.

The Chinese driver was running very well in the race and was ahead of his teammate. But he suffered a technical issue that meant he had to retire from the race. The disappointment was pretty evident in Zhou’s voice as he came on to the team radio.

“Are you kidding me again? Guys, we cannot have so many problems when we have the chance,” said Zhou to his race engineer.

His pain was reciprocated by the fans as well when they took to Twitter to express their feelings.

Zhou has scored just one point from eight races and suffered many retirements this season. But this one in Baku will really sting as he was looking very competitive in the race and even passed his teammate Valtteri Bottas.

Fans on Twitter too expressed their sadness with the issue and termed him as the unluckiest driver in F1.
