When it comes to F1 couples, one of the favorite duos is the George Russell and Carmen Montero Mundt pairing.

The relationship started back in 2020 and Mundt has often been seen at the paddocks supporting her Briton boyfriend. Along with that, there are many posts of Mundt with her boyfriend on her Instagram page. This time there has been a spotting of the two, driving around in what looks like George Russell’s new car.

George Russell takes Carmen Montero Mundt on a joyride

George Russell is a Mercedes driver and it’s no secret that he loves their cars. He has a long list of cars and most of them come from Benz. A viral post on Instagram showcases the driver sitting on a new Mercedes AMG SL63 while waiting with his girlfriend on the streets of Monaco.

Let’s talk about the new car though. The Mercedes AMG SL63 that Russell is driving is a $183,000 4-seater convertible and it comes with an engine displacement of 3982 cc. Along with producing 469.35 bhp, it comes with an automatic transmission running a petrol engine. The convertible is white and stands out due to its beautiful grill in the front.

Despite staying in London, the couple travels around often as F1 requires the driver to do so. Mundt loves supporting her boyfriend during races and considering his recent performance, she must be happy. Although the W15 is a disappointing car, George Russell has learned its ropes better than Lewis Hamilton and has consistently given better results than the 7-time world champion. But well, how did the two lovebirds meet?

The love story of George Russell and Carmen Montero Mundt begins with a mutual friend introducing the two. They met back in 2020 and have been together ever since. Together they have grown as a couple with Russell getting a promotion from Williams to Mercedes and his girlfriend completing her graduation.

Born in Spain on February 12, 1997, Carmen Montero Mundt moved to London to pursue her education. Mundt currently works in the finance and business world which is quite a shift from the fast-track life of a F1 racer, but the two make it work by spending as much time together as possible.

With that said, they are surely one of the cutest couples on the grid.
