George Russell Leaves Fans Envious After Revealing Lewis Hamilton Special Treatment: “Free XNDA Concerts?”

We are all aware of the intensity with which the F1 off-season has proceeded and the races are about to start in a few months. The only source of joy for fans is social media, where the teams post the most recent news of their favorite stars, but it appears that George Russell has found a way to make admirers envious of him during the venturesome days.

George Russell discussed perks of having Lewis Hamilton as a teammate in a recent interview with the other top two Mercedes men. As a prodigy, Russell, who joined Mercedes this year, has eclipsed the seven-time champion. As the season went on, the 24-year-old bond with his fellow countryman strengthened.

George Russell remarked in a video posted by Mercedes via Twitter, “I Always just try and have a little lie down in my room just five minutes, close my eyes and relaxing. But all of the races Lewis and I have, our rooms are sort of back-to-back and I think Lewis quite likes the sing before jumping in the car. Oh just there I could just hear Lewis overall singing away as like.I am not too sure that’s Relaxing. So yeah, having a nap while I was singing to me.”

To this, the 38-year-old responded while taking a jab at former teammates and hinting at who it might be. He said “Could be, should be way worse. It could be worse. I’ve had a driver in the past who was like kicking the ball around the damn room and kept banging up against the wall to try to f**k me of”

Fans responded quickly as soon as Mercedes released the post. There are many comments on Twitter citing how lucky the Silver Arrows Prodigy is.

The crowd was quick to pick up on the 7-time champion’s cues as they mentioned a few drivers who may have made Hamilton’s life more difficult. In the course of his remarkable career, Lewis Hamilton encountered several colleagues; yet, the Briton didn’t get along well with all of them. However, in the manner in which George Russell succeeded and how Hamilton reacted to his success and comments, it appears that a friendship in Formula 1 is emerging.
