Christmas is around the corner and the world gets ready to begin the festivities. With Christmas also comes gift-giving and we are all aware of the pressures of selecting the right gift and making our loved ones happy. However, when done right, a simple present can make someone’s day. That was the case with Yuki Tsunoda, as he unwrapped the, “best present I got in my life”.

Doing secret Santa at work is always difficult. Sometimes one draws the name of someone they don’t even know at a personal level. However, when Lando Norris drew the Japanese driver for his secret Santa, he punched the air in excitement. It seems the Brit already had a thoughtful preset in mind for Tsunoda.

The Mclaren man even struck gold with his simple yet effective present. Norris gifted Tsunoda a framed photo of him and his ex-AlphaTauri teammate Pierre Gasly all cuddled up. A special gift for Tsunoda as Gasly, his close friend, is an Alpine driver now.

This is exactly why Tsunoda guessed, “Is it Pierre?” when he unwrapped his gift. Despite the gist not being from Gasly, Tsunoda said, “But this is really nice present, actually. I really like it. I think best present I got in my life so must be a really nice person.”

He quickly started the guessing game again. ” Daniel? Lando?” After guessing correctly, he thanked Norris and said he will cherish it his whole life. This reaction from Tsunoda is melting hearts across the internet.
