Does Lando Norris, the future Golf star ring a bell? Well, it shouldn’t. While Lando Norris is an ardent Golf fan and plays on and off after being influenced by Carlos Sainz, the Brit is no master of the sport. Yet just days after Brooks Koepka took a jibe at John Rahm, Lando Norris added to the Spaniard’s misery with a jab that many didn’t see coming. What did Lando Norris say?

The Ryder Cup took place last weekend where Jon Rahm was joined by Nicolai Hojgaard in the fourballs match. They faced Brooks Koepka and Scottie Scheffler. Jon Rahm made a comeback with two eagles in the final three holes and earned a tie against Koepka’s team. However, after the match, Koepka called Rahm out for acting like a child as he said, “I mean I want to hit a board and pout just like Jon Rahm did but, you know, it is what it is. Act like a child. But we’re adults. We move on.”

While Carlos Sainz was a part of the All-Star Ryder Cup match, that wasn’t the highlight for Lando Norris. It was actually Jon Rahm and one of his shots. Lando Norris recently uploaded a Vlog from the Ryder Cup to his YouTube channel where he can be seen watching the match from a private room. However, the young Brit didn’t hold back when it came to criticism as he disrespected John Rahm.

Commenting on one of Jon Rahm’s shots, Lando Norris said, “Who’ve we got here? We’ve got Rahm. He’s coming in now. Here we go, the ball is in the air, it’s coming down.” As the ball jumped past the green, Lando Norris, who was stunned, added, There’s a few shots I think I can hit better than Jon Rahm. Actually, there’s probably only one and it’s that one right there. I don’t know what he tried to do.”

However, Lando Norris isn’t only critical of others but also his own golf skills. Let’s look at when Lando Norris snubbed his own skills.

Just like Lando Norris is super critical of his performances after the Grand Prix, the Briton is critical of his Golf skills as well. Months ago, Norris posted a story on his Instagram of him playing Golf. The Caption to the video was, “My swing is so bad still. Felt good at the time, but looks horrendous. Not happy with it.” However, looks like the Briton has improved steadily.

In an interview from Last year, Lando Norris revealed how he unwinds by playing golf and that his handicap is 15. When asked about what his handicap is going to be in 5 years, Norris said, “5 years from now, I would like my handicap to be 5.” However, when the same question was asked this year during an interview, he said, “I’ve made progress towards it. Yeah, I’ve made progress, just not that much.”
