It’s time for one of the most exciting weekends for Formula 1 fans. The Brazilian GP weekend is here. The Interlagos, São Paulo track has seen some of the most dramatic moments in F1 history and after a wait of almost two weeks, fans will get their share of action this week. From the teams’ perspective, different weather conditions may lead to different challenges, and with these last two races left in the season, all the teams will aim to finish their season on a high. According to Formula 1, the final of three sprint weekends can be obstructed by cloudy and overcast conditions with a 60% chance of rain on race day.

In Brazil, the climatic conditions are uncertain for the entire weekend. The Interlagos track is about 800 m above sea level. This race will consecutively be the second race at a high altitude after the Mexico City GP.

The qualifying session, on Friday, could be affected by wet conditions as showers are expected to hit the Sao Paulo track. The second free practice session is expected to have thunderstorms. Fans have started their predictions about the race day as their memories are still afresh about the Japanese Grand Prix where there was a delay in the start of the race.
