For probably the very first time in his illustrious F1 career, 7x champ Lewis Hamilton finds himself between a rock and a hard place. While Mercedes‘ W14 isn’t the fastest car around, the Brit has another hurdle to conquer in the form of his Silver Arrows contract. Reports suggest that the German automobile giants feel as though the Brit has overvalued himself and has pulled him back down to reality.

But to add the most stinging insult to injury, his close confidante and boss, Toto Wolff dug into him publicly during the 2023 Austrian GP. Hamilton came onto the radio comms repeatedly to complain about his struggles. And at one point of time, Wolff rebuked him on the airwaves saying, “Lewis, the car is bad, we know. Please drive it!”  With so much happening to and around the Brit, does he have any respite?

This weekend is the British GP weekend. And it is arguably the most important to the 38-year-old Brit. Naturally, the pressure is huge, too. Luckily for him, though, his closest friend, and pet Bulldog, Roscoe came to his rescue!

Finally reunited with his beloved pet, the 7x champion took to his Instagram account to share how elated he was to be with Roscoe again. He took to his stories and posted a picture of Roscoe chilling with his Dad, Hamilton! He captioned it, “Guess who’s back in town @roscoelovescoco.”
