Every race weekend, the Formula 1 paddock can be sure of one thing—Lewis Hamilton will come dressed like the fashion icon he is. And very rarely does someone steal his spotlight. Media Day at the British GP was one such rare occasion, and guess who did the spotlight-stealing? The seven-time world champion’s bulldog, his partner in crime—Roscoe.

Hamilton adopted Roscoe in 2013, and the two have been inseparable since. Every chance Hamilton gets, he strings Roscoe along with him to the paddock. Due to his frequent visits, he’s become almost as well known as his dad and has a social media following of close to a million people. Above that, he’s part of a dog modeling agency and earns $700 a day if he auditions and gets selected. Roscoe is no ordinary dog, which makes all the more sense that he would steal the show from his own father.

F1 is no stranger to film crews. Ever since 2018, Netflix has had its crew at almost all races of the season to film the popular series Drive to Survive. But this race weekend, the F1 paddock will be exposed to a new film crew, more specifically Brad Pitt’s.

The Hollywood actor is filming an F1-inspired movie called “Apex,” which Hamilton is producing. According to Sky Sports“The fictional Apex team, for whom Pitt will drive in the movie, have been given a garage in the Silverstone pit lane, between Mercedes and Ferrari, to support filming throughout the weekend.”

The British GP being his home race, Lewis brought Roscoe with him to the paddock. As always, Hamilton was dressed in his race weekend best, sporting an all-white, dirt-stained outfit with the British flag and his number 44. But Roscoe’s get-up is what caught everyone’s attention. He was wearing a Grenadian flag scarf and strutted in alongside Hamilton like he owned the paddock, and fans couldn’t help but appreciate the bulldog.

But he didn’t just steal the limelight from his father. Roscoe rose to the occasion and outshone Brad Pitt too. Roscoe has already taken over the F1 paddock and has proven himself a model. Could he star in Pitt’s film and take over Hollywood as well?

Fans gush over Roscoe “The Bombshell” Hamilton

In a video posted by a fan on Twitter, Lewis, and Roscoe are seen entering the British GP paddock. Making his first appearance in the paddock this season, the user captioned the post, “A hot new bombshell enters the paddock… #BritishGP” Everyone was excited to see the seven-time champion’s reunion with his dog in the paddock and expressed their fascination with the Roscoe.

On similar lines as the caption, one user wrote, “this week a hot new bombshell enters the villa,” referring to the iconic line from the reality show Love Island.

Other fans called him a star and a main character after he stole the limelight from Hamilton.

A few other comments showed just how famous Roscoe is among F1 fans.

One fan pointed out how he was wearing the Grenadian flag. Since this is Hamilton’s home race, he wanted to represent his roots. Considering his father, Anthony Hamilton, is from Grenada, Lewis made Roscoe wear the country’s flag while he was sporting the Union Jack.
