The Formula 1 livery reveal season is upon us! Haas became the first team to unveil their 2023 colors, and truth be told, it went down really well with the fans. As things stand, the Milton-Keynes-based outfit will reveal its 2023 livery tomorrow in New York. Now, even though every year fans get excited to see how the teams have donned their creative hats to design their liveries, Red Bull has had a history of disappointing. Don’t get us wrong, the iconic Red Bull livery is one of the most beautiful the sport has seen. That being said, it hasn’t really changed much over the years.

Every year fans yearn to see the reigning world champions do something different. However, every year we get to see the exact same livery. That being said, it would appear that on the back of a dominant 2022, the team from England may have decided to pay heed to what the fans have demanded for so long!

After the Haas reveal, you’d be well within your rights to expect fans to be all hyped up for the remaining 9 teams. Davies herself would’ve been counting on this! But the fans don’t want to get their expectations too high.

One fan wrote, “Considering we’ve seen the merch already it’s hardly going to be a surprise.” Whilst another said, “instead of matte navy it’s going to be GLOSS navy.” Some fans were even skeptical about this being about their actual race livery. “It’s probably just a testing livery they’re teasing.”

There was even sarcasm in the air! “I knew it…they will have a glossy black HALO.” Supposedly, the 2023 team merchandise has been leaked online. And it sports the same old Red Bull colors. This is exactly why the fans are so apprehensive about the Bulls changing their ways. “The outfit leak has sort of put paid to this.”

For a few fans, though, they’d rather settle with the standard Red Bull livery. “I hope it’s not going back to purple. I find the current livery scheme (especially 2021) gorgeous and iconic in its own way. Won’t complain if we go white tho.” All in all, at least a little change would be preferred. “While I like the blue Red Bull, I‘d like to see something different for a change.”
