Lewis Hamilton is a big advocate of the inclusivity initiative and the fight against racism. The Briton has used his stature in every opportunity to bring important issues to light. And not he is not just a vocal advocate, as the world champion has taken major steps to bring more diversity to motorsport.

And those steps, toward inclusivity of minority groups in motorsport, brought the Hamilton Commission to life. The commission researched the lack of diversity in the paddocks which Hamilton must’ve also noticed in his 14 years in F1.
