Lando Norris disagrees with Netflix

The latest driver to have a disagreement with Drive to Survive is Lando Norris. There is an episode that focuses on the McLaren duo of Norris and Daniel Ricciardo. The two experienced very contrasting seasons. Lando went on to have a superb season while Daniel mostly struggled with his new team.

Norris was unhappy with Netflix’s portrayal of the two’s dynamic as teammates. He also claims certain clips from the Bahrain GP do not tell the full story. He said, “There’s a bit of me and Daniel going side by side….and I claim he pushes me off, which is from a completely different race,”

The 2 enter their second season as teammates, and this season brings a whole new era of F1. Riccardo, who did not live up to his hype in parts of 2021, will look for every opportunity to bounce back. He will hope that his experience will help him adjust to the car quickly.

On the other hand, Norris himself would want to continue his stellar 2021 form into the new era. If McLaren has managed to build a car good enough to fight for wins, then Lando Norris and Daniel Ricciardo are 2 of the best drivers to bring the Legendary team back to its glory days.
