The regulation changes in 2022 have brought along their own set of problems. The biggest, being the phenomenon of porpoising, which makes the cars violently bounce at high speeds. This has led to a lot of drivers complaining about severe back pain and body pain. The last race in Baku was especially painful for Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton.

The Briton had some serious complaints about his back after the race. Since then he has gone into full recovery mode alongside trainer/physio Angela Cullen. Recently Hamilton expressed his admiration for his long-time deputy via an Instagram story.

However, since then, he and his trainer/physio Angela Cullen have been working tirelessly to get Hamilton ready for the Canadian GP this weekend.
