Daniel Ricciardo previews the Miami Grand Prix this weekend

Formula One will race in Miami for the first time in its history this weekend. Since it is an unknown for most of the drivers and the teams on the track, it is difficult to predict before the cars run on the track.

But the McLaren driver is a bit worried the gaps will be a bit more spread out in the field in Miami. “It’s a challenge. There are circuits that I can drive completely in my head and visualize within a second,” said Ricciardo.

“I don’t want to say it’s difficult, but in a big city – most circuits are in the middle of nowhere because you just need a lot of space – In Miami, we drive around the Hard Rock Stadium and it will be crazy. It gives you the opportunity to possibly find something faster than the rest. As a result, the gaps between us may be bigger,” said Daniel.
