Ultimately, that is what you do it all for, but for the fans, it is a bit of a shame that the battle has been decided so quickly this year. You also miss the release. It’s just less spectacular,” added Hamilton.

We are sure Hamilton wouldn’t want a repeat of the 2021 season, which was possibly the most exciting conclusion to a season. However, if the winner is not declared until the last race of the season, it keeps the races exciting for the fans.

Hamilton has experienced both feelings. Winning a championship with two races to go and winning one in the dying embers. The Brit prefers the latter.
