Christian Horner’s story in F1 has been nothing short of a miracle. The Briton became the youngest team principal in Formula 1 history to take over the job. Safe to stay, Horner has done a tremendous job and deserved every bit of success that has come along his way. He also helped Max Verstappen win his first championship and beat Lewis Hamilton in the process.

Determined and not willing to take any nonsense from anyone, Horner is a man of discipline and authority. He seldom laughs while at work. However, in one such instance, the Briton was caught sharing a bright smile with Max Verstappen’s team engineer, Gianpiero Lambiase. The two also trolled the Dutchman because his mic on the radio wasn’t working.
Spotting the opportunity to troll Max, Horner joked, “Well done mate, it’s quite nice when you can’t hear the radio! Very peaceful race.” Lambiase replied, “I didn’t actually realize that the radio was broken until like 5 to go.”
The incident took place in the Canadian GP this year. Max eventually won the race after a close contest with Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz. Lewis Hamilton finished P3 in the race.
Max Verstappen won his second consecutive title this season after a dominating performance from him and Red Bull. The Milton-Keynes team also won the Constructor’s championship.
Max Verstappen is already an all-time great, according to Nico Rosberg
After breaking the record for most wins in a single season, Max Verstappen will look to win his third championship next season. Only 25, the Dutchman has the potential to become one of the best drivers in F1. However, Nico Rosberg thinks he already is an all-time great.

Rosberg said, “I think it’s easy to say even now that’s he’s going to be one of the best of all time, if you look at the statistics he actually even is now. He’s a double world champion with all of the race wins that he has, more than (Fernando) Alonso.”
The German further added, “He’s already one of the best of all time and I think he’s only getting started. He’s going to confirm that in the next decade, certainly. His level of driving is phenomenal, and it’s great to witness that.”
