Lando Norris is a happy McLaren man at the moment, especially because he is not part of all the drama for the second seat as the Woking-based outfit renewed the talented young Brit’s contract until 2025 earlier this year.
Norris is consistently performing for McLaren since his debut in 2019, and his contract extension is his reward. Now, ahead of his fifth season, it looks increasingly likely that Norris will partner with a new driver. This would be Norris’s third teammate in his fifth year with the Woking outfit.

Interestingly enough, Norris has overall outclassed both his previous and his current teammate and befriended them as well. The 2023 season will most probably bring another competitor for Norris in the McLaren paddock. The world will have to wait and see how this new partnership turns out.
The young Brit might not have a say in who races alongside him for the 2023 season. However, he has made a suggestion in the latest video on the Formula 1 YouTube channel. In the video titled “Drawmula 1” where drivers were given two minutes to design a t-shirt for the fans, Lando chose an interesting design.
The young Brit designed a simple t-shirt that read, “We all love Yuki Tsnoda” with Tsunoda spelled incorrectly. The Briton also added a sketch with text, “his actual size” around the sketch and exclaimed, “I’d wear that,” after showcasing his masterpiece.
