While fans were getting excited about the Russian GP, they weren’t expecting Ricciardo to be praising Norris on Twitter. Soon, fans figured it out and thought it could be Norris who was behind the banter.

Speaking to Sky Sports, “I won fairly a ping pong competition, the result was…”

Natalie Pinkham then cut him off, asking for a clarification on the game itself. Lando replied, “What is it? Table tennis, ping pong sounds better.”

Lando continued, “And, the result for this as a fair rule, I could do a tweet or an Instagram story, and I decided to do the tweet. Upon being told that it wasn’t the best picture, Norris laughed and answered, “No, I don’t even know what he was trying to do. I thought he was trying to show me something but then took the picture; caught me out a little bit. But I am so happy with the tweet.”
