Lewis Hamilton has achieved almost everything there is to achieve in Formula One. He holds most of the major records in the sport, including most wins and pole positions. He has also won 7 World Championships, a record which he shares with Michael Schumacher.

Former F1 driver Pedro de la Rosa calls Hamilton a unique individual in the sport. The Spanish driver pointed out that the Mercedes driver never blames his team after a bad performance.

Former F1 driver praises Lewis Hamilton for his radio calls after the race

Recently, the 7-time world champion put in a rare, terrible performance at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix qualifying. Lewis could not get himself out of Q1 and qualified for P16. But after the session came onto the team radio and said sorry to the team for his inability to extract the most out of the car.

Pedro pointed out this quality of Hamilton and stated that no one on the grid apologizes to the team after a bad performance. He called Lewis unique for this quality.

But he’s coming on the back of an awful weekend at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. It would be interesting to see if his lack of pace had hit his confidence in the W13 at the Jeddah Corniche circuit.
