Lewis Hamilton is never short of kind words for people he admires. The driver, who is inarguably one of the greatest in the sport’s history, is always humble and gracious when talking about other athletes.

Lewis, who sits with seven world championships, has never felt the need to force opinions on someone. Who is the best in F1 will always be a debate, but Hamilton sounds comfortable with whatever he has personally achieved.

Lewis Hamilton doesn’t believe in “The best ever”

As fans of racing, we’ve seen Hamilton grow over the years. It’s safe to say that the 37- year-old is much wiser now and is willing to compromise for the team. The past five years have proven to be very good for the Briton’s career as he won four consecutive championships, and fiercely dominated the grid. While last year was a big shakeup in Lewis’s career, he’s not the one to easily give up.

Lewis, who is a huge fan of Ayrton Senna, spoke about his take on ‘the best ever’ debate. The Britisher commented, ” I don’t really believe in the whole greatest of all time thing because if you look at Ayrton, for example, he didn’t have the same opportunities as me to continue on.”
