According to Lewis, “We haven’t moved it [the button],” Hamilton said. “We’ve just put a shroud around it just to make sure that I can’t accidentally touch it in the future,” said Hamilton.

Hamilton had described the incident as a ‘humbling experience’ of pushing the magic button to change the brake bias from front to rear breaks.

“I don’t feel any pressure, I feel pretty relaxed and you can’t always be perfect. A mistake is when you drive off the track through missing a braking point or hitting the wall. It was kind of an unforced error,” said Hamilton.

Can Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes bounce back in France?
