Lewis Hamilton explains how working out helped him to be positive
Drivers always need to have a positive mindset when they are preparing for a race. The 7-times world champion is no different and has given credit to his workout routine to help him maintain a positive mindset during the summer break.
He said, “Training helps you know whether it’s going out for a run, whether it’s going out for a long walk. Whether it’s you know anything that kind of get your heart elevated and get those positive endorphins released.”

“I generally just try to make sure I get my workouts done in the mornings because you feel that through the rest of the day, and it kind of fuels you through the rest of the day. So, I would encourage anybody out there, just to add it in, even if it’s getting out of bed, and just punching out fifty press-ups or something or twenty press-ups. Whatever it may be.”
“Just get the bloods going. In my mornings I’m always saying something positive like in the, when I brushing my teeth, I’m like, “I’m going to have a good day,” Hamilton concluded.

Can Hamilton’s positivity see him grab a win at Spa?
With the summer break now over, Hamilton will be looking to bounce back after a disappointing defeat at Hungary. Last season at Spa, Hamilton took victory from pole position and will be looking to do the same this time around as well.
