Angela Cullen is one of the most recognizable performance coaches in Formula 1. Often seen with Mercedes’s Lewis Hamilton, she is not only the seven-time world champion’s physiotherapist and assistant but also takes over the responsibilities of being Lewis’s closest friend.

Arguably during an intense battle in 2021, Lewis seemed to have been more spoken of Angela’s help with all the pressure. Hailing from New Zealand, Angela has proven herself to be the best performance coach in the business and in a video she explains how a person can take care of themselves.
