F1 drivers’ weight training is an often anticipated question. In the pinnacle of motorsport, there is no room for any slack. And after his 2019 championship victory, Lewis Hamilton revealed the difficulties a driver undergoes during and after a race as Hunger Games actress Elizabeth Banks cheekily commented on his routine.

Elizabeth Banks, known for playing Effie Trinket in The Hunger Games film series, keenly listened to Hamilton’s words, and hilariously commented on his workout schedule saying, “I’d like to watch that routine.
