Major issues Ferrari need to rectify are:
Reportedly Ferrari is facing multiple car-related troubles this season. Above all Engine Power and Aerodynamics will be critical for Ferrari to catch Mercedes.

Engine Power
Ferrari’s new internal combustion engine will have an estimated power of 850CV in its Spec 1. The model will be present in the preseason testing in Barcelona. It will be approximately 30CV more than in 2019. But it seems that the 2020 car is not much quicker than its 2019 predecessor. With the stagnation in the regulations, it is all the more important for the team to focus on issues that plagued the last leg of the 2019 season.
Aerodynamics
Aerodynamics was the biggest issue for the team last year. And it seems that the situation isn’t very different this year. Above all news about Ferrari’s issues with aerodynamics and design poped all over the internet.
The Ferrari F1 team will need to work hard to rectify this to gain an advantage. Problems were reported with the car’s suspension and the front wing.

According to Motorsport.com Italy, Scuderia Ferrari has begun testing ‘Project 671’ on its dynamic test bench. This test bench is also referred to as the Seven Post Rig at the Maranello factory.
Apparently, this now means that Ferrari can test the entire 2020 car. The primary objective of the tests will be to assess the car’s reliability. And understand the performance and setup requirements. This will be done so that the team can be better prepared for pre-season testing on February 19.
