New season, same old Ferrari. The team had an abysmal outing in Bahrain, especially for Charles Leclerc. The Monegasque retired from the season opener on the 41st lap due to an electrical issue despite starting the race with a new electrical component. This was a regular fixture for Leclerc in the 2022 season as well. Following the race in the desert and his post-race comments, there were doubts about Leclerc’s loyalty toward the Italian team. However, it only took one gesture from the Monegasque to quash those rumors.

Leclerc is in his prime years and is not getting any younger. The driver has incredible quality and is considered world-champion material by many.
