However, Max Verstappen’s proximity to Brad Pitt, the Apex GP driver for the $140,000,000 project, has sent the fans praying and hoping for the impossible. What’s the impossible you may ask? The shooting of the racing scenes for the F1-themed movie produced by Lewis Hamilton starring Brad Pitt took place at this weekend’s British GP. Mercedes specially designed an F1 car on an F2 car platform for the scenes to be shot. The name of the team in the movie is APEX GP. Brad Pitt was spotted multiple times in the paddock during the weekend. The scenes were supposed to be shot between sessions, during the formation lap, and at the Pirelli tire test after the race. 

While most of us knew about the formation lap scenes, hardly anyone expected Brad Pitt to be there during the National Anthem before the start of the race. Multiple photos of the Apex GP drivers Damson Idris and Brad Pitt have been uploaded on Twitter. Brad Pitt and Idris can be seen standing next to Max Verstappen, with other drivers following the Dutchman.

The photos have led many people to speculate that the F1 drivers will also be a part of the movie. Fans got excited because of the 25-year-old’s proximity to Brad Pitt as they wished for him to make a cameo in Lewis Hamilton’s $140 Million project.
