Red Bull and Max Verstappen seemed to have lost their way a bit in the championship fight. Red Bull was on par with Mercedes at the start of the season but took the lead in Monaco. They went on a stretch of 5 wins in a row before Mercedes halted their charge at Silverstone.
Since the crash between Hamilton and Verstappen, Red Bull has lost ground to Mercedes. And after the first lap incident at Hungary, they trail the German team in both championships. Verstappen has urged his team to make some changes so that he can continue his title fight with Hamilton.

He has stated that Red Bull needs to find some pace to get back ahead of Mercedes after the summer break. “It’s now up to us to keep working to find the one or two-tenths of a second that Mercedes has taken back during the season,” said Max.
“We’ll have to see what else we can get out of the car. In Hungary, for example, Mercedes introduced a new floor. I’m sure we can make it an exciting battle. We always have a good chance to win and don’t have to give up all of a sudden.” said Verstappen on the title fight.
