He is currently ahead of his rival, Lewis Hamilton, although the gap is just eight points with two races to go. The Red Bull driver has maintained that it is important to become a world champion, and it does not matter how many times he becomes a world champion.

As reported by Formula Passion, the Dutch driver had previously mentioned that his primary aim in F1 is to be a world champion. But he stated it does not really concern him how many times he wins the title. He mentioned he will try to become a multiple world champion, although that’s not his ultimate goal.

In Formula 1, the goal is to win the World Championship. The Dutch driver has consistently denied the reports of being under pressure this season.
