For the past 1.5 years, Max Verstappen has been practically invincible. The Dutchman has tasted the nectar in the best way possible thanks to Adrian Newey being on his side. The RB19 has since caused a commotion in the paddock and disturbed the sleep of every team. As it occurs, it would take a few lucky stars to align for anyone to defeat Verstappen when he arrives at his home Grand Prix amid the orange horde. Amidst this Lando Norris has barred any competition with the dominant Red Bull star by giving Mclaren a harsh reality check.

It is nothing less than a feat to finish first in 10 of 12 races. Max Verstappen though has achieved it and is also only two races away from breaking Sebastian Vettel’s record for straight victories. Nothing can now stop Max Verstappen from winning his third championship with ease. However, the one thing that all teams may hope for is that something awful happens to the Dutchman’s rocket ship (RB19).

Lando Norris has demonstrated some important facts to McLaren after reaching second place to Red Bull but with a gap of more than 20 seconds. Fortunately, Norris was back on the podium until the start of the summer break. The aspirations of his team, though, have been called into question by the emerging star. Norris acknowledged the likelihood of defeating Red Bull at Zandvroot knowing exactly the MCL60’s limitations.

As per a viral tweet by @TheMcLarenZone the Bristol-born was found quoting, “ You’ve got to have a lot of luck or something’s got to happen to Max [Verstappen] from a reliability point of view for it to happen”

Verstappen has won eight straight races since Miami. Sergio Perez, on the other hand, hasn’t qualified for the third round in the same time frame, and that too in five straight races. However, Perez was discovered returning to form by earning a P2 right before the summer break at Belgian GP. Although earlier he had displayed a loser-like demeanor, the Mexican, according to crash.net, has changed his driving technique to match that of the Red Bull 19 and is now pursuing the runaway leader.

Before the Dutch GP Checo said, “ Things were not coming naturally anymore, and I had to go very deep on my driving style, adapt to it quite a bit, and change it.”  While adding his desire to fully exploit the car the Mexican said, “ Yeah, certainly, it hasn’t been easy for me because I know the car potential. Max has been exploiting that but when you don’t really have that feeling that you know that your car has massive potential it’s not an easy situation to be in as a driver.”
