However, the runaway championship leader pulled his act together and went on to win his 92nd Grand Prix, breaking Schumacher’s record of most Grand Prix wins.

The celebrations began as soon as Lewis took the checkered flag. The lad from Stevenage had tough times this year. There were several obstacles in his way, but he did not let those take him down.
