Mick Schumacher, son of Michael Schumacher, has embraced rapid growth in the past few years, flourishing his way up the Formula series’ with championship victories in F3 and F2. The Michael Schumacher advice

During a Formula One video, Schumacher opened up about how his father stressed the importance of late-braking during his karting days.

My dad told me to brake later because I always like saying, ‘Yeah I found two-tenths in this corner’, and what he said, ‘What did you do?’, I was like ‘I braked later’. He was like, ‘Well, you should brake later all the time’,” the Haas F1 driver said.

Overall, Mick has laid a strong foundation for his Formula One career with a rather decent rookie stint with Haas. What’s more, with the regulation changes in the offing, there is a possibility that Haas could find their way back up to the mid-field, consequently boosting their prospects of scoring points.
