The 70-year-old former Brazilian racing ace has made a series of comments against many prominent people in the past. But this one incident where he crossed the line with 7x champion Lewis Hamilton may have finally put him in a dire legal mess. This becomes even more damning for the man as Hamilton is now, officially, a Brazilian asset.

O Globo reporter, Ancelmo Gois was quoted as saying, “The Public Ministry of the Federal District presented an opinion to the Justice, yesterday, where it requests the condemnation of the ex-pilot Nelson Piquet for the prejudiced comment about the also pilot Lewis Hamilton, made during an interview.” [translated via Google Translate]

This comes after Piquet’s racially charged comments against Hamilton where Piquet “is accused of racism and homophobia when he refers to Hamilton, at various times, as “little black man”, in addition to insinuating that he would have homoaffective relationships to achieve success.”
