Months After Mick Schumacher’s Merciless Ouster, Haas’ Guenther Steiner Makes Ironic Comments: “Normally Have Quite a Good Relation…”
In the world of F1, Haas’ Team Principal Guenther Steiner is someone that is known to be humorous, but also to not mince his words when the time comes. His true nature came through in the Netflix docu-series ‘Drive to Survive’. And fans instantly took a liking to his humorous and unfiltered personality.
Guenther Steiner was a guest in the latest episode of Billy Monger and Johnny Herbert’s podcast, ‘Lift The Lid’. When talking about his relationship with the drivers, he nonchalantly mentioned that he “normally” has “quite a good relation with drivers“. On the podcast, he spoke about his relationship with the current drivers. He said, “When drivers get to F1, they know what is expected from them. I normally have quite a good relation with drivers. I treat them very respectfully.“
He elaborated further, saying, “I know what they have to do. I support them. When they’ve got issues, I say call me up. If they have something to ask, they are free to call me up.”
