It’s no doubt that people are hungry for more; the 23-year-old driver has had an impressive career so far, one that has only improved in the 2021 season. Regardless of which team one is on, it’s undeniable that the Verstappen effect has been potent to everyone.

Everyone is a Max Verstappen fan

The next generation of Formula 1, Verstappen has made his name known worldwide. We can parallel the generational battle with Hamilton to iconic battles of the past. Incidentally, Alain Prost has been entranced by the driver as well.

The four-time world champion lauded Verstappen after his race in Zandvoort. He told De Telegraaf, as quoted by GP Blog, But everyone is a fan of Max, right? Just the way he started in Formula 1. I remember doing the interview with him in front of the television, after his first victory in Barcelona. I was surprised to see how mature he already was.”

Prost, who had some iconic battles of his own, enjoys watching the Hamilton-Verstappen rivalry on track. I also watch it as a fan and hope this continues until the last race. You want to see drivers fighting, like Max and Lewis are doing now.” (Translated via Google Translate)
