Daniel Ricciardo was all down and under when he wasn’t performing at McLaren. Looks like coming back to Red Bull has brought back the Ricciardo we know. This is Ricciardo who calls F1 drivers by their names in a peculiar way. In his most recent shenanigans, Daniel Ricciardo was caught red-handed doing something naughty as George Russell’s response sent the F1 world in a flurry.

Daniel Ricciardo is very well known for his jolly nature and not only his driving. Earlier in the weekend, Daniel Ricciardo was caught calling “Pierre Gasly” in his special style while driving by the driver’s parking lot. The Australian was back at his shenanigans once again and was caught on camera once again. 

The Canadian qualifying was all over the place with multiple Red Flags and ever-changing conditions. With the track getting wetter by the second, it was a race to see who could get out on the track first. As a result, cars lined up in the pitlane. Unfortunately, George Russell’s car was parked in front of the Red Bull pit wall. And guess who was there? Yes, it was Daniel Ricciardo and he was caught showing the middle finger to Russell as he had a big grin on his face.

However, during the post-race interviews, George Russell gave an appropriate reply to the shenanigans of Daniel Ricciardo. Russell said, “There was a rogue Australian fan in the pit lane as well at some point when I was… Don’t know what it was. He like, stuck his finger up when I was waiting. It was around the Red Bull area.”
