Every F1 fan is eagerly waiting for the fourth season of the Netflix series Drive To Survive. After one of the most thrilling seasons in Formula One history, fans are excepting another amazing season of the series.
According to Dailyresearchplot, fans can expect the new season before the start of the pre-season testing in Barcelona. Like previous seasons, Netflix will look to drop the trailer in February, while the entire show might be available in March.
Despite its massive popularity, there has been a bit of backlash from the drivers regarding the show. Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz mentioned that the show overdramatized the Ferrari episode.

I think obviously Netflix had the biggest impact on that: Ferrari F1 driver
As reported by Planetf1, Ferrari F1 driver Carlos Sainz stated he did not like the Ferrari episode in season 3 of the show. But he also pointed out the massive impact of the series in bringing in new audiences.
“The season three episode about Ferrari is not so great, and I was relatively disappointed when I watched it because Ferrari is a lot cooler, a lot bigger, a lot better, than how it appears [in that episode],” said Sainz.

As a sport, we’ve always been relatively [behind] closed doors, and Netflix has allowed fans in America, and all over the world, to see the personalities of the drivers.” said the Ferrari driver.
Obviously, there are some flaws in the show as it dramatizes some elements of the sport which can be avoided. But despite its flaws, the show is a riveting watch and gives glimpses of the inner working of the sport to the fans. Fans cannot control their excitement to watch next season of the series based on the amazing 2021 season.
