“Never Give Up”: Hamilton is an Epitome of Inspiration After Winning Prestigious ESPY Award for Best Driver

Lewis Hamilton is arguably one of the most decorated drivers in the F1 paddock. And recently, he added another award to his list – the ESPY Best Driver Award.
The 36-year-old stated it was an amazing achievement and was honored to receive it. Furthermore, he inspired young athletes to push themselves and unite with each other to achieve great things in life.

The seven-time world champion wasn’t available to receive his award at the prestigious event. Hence, he took to Twitter to show how grateful he is for receiving such a famed honor.
He said, “Thank you to the ESPYS, and to all the fans for this incredible award. I have currently not had the pleasure of going to one of these amazing awards that the ESPYS do, but I am really so appreciative of all the amazing support that the ESPYS has given me over the years.

Never give up, there really isn’t a thing we can’t do if we put our minds to it. And, also if we come together, so during this time, stay positive and God bless,” Hamilton concluded.

This weekend, we will see the Mercedes driver take the title battle to Silverstone – his home race. Hamilton is hoping to grab a much-needed win to help him in his fight against Max Verstappen for the championship and help the Silver Arrows regain the lead in the constructors’ championship.
The Knight is hoping to keep the Red Bull prodigy in his rearview mirrors and prove to the ESPYS that they weren’t wrong in giving him the Best Driver award this year.
