Becoming an F1 driver is a monumental task and once one gets there, everything they do becomes public. This not only has positive but also negative aspects to it. One negative aspect of this popularity translates to no private life. People often detach the human aspect from a driver’s life and Norris is currently facing the same problem.

In the last few days, Norris’s private life has become a public spectacle. The Brit took to Instagram to announce his separation from his girlfriend, Luisinha Oliveira. Although, the announcement story was soon removed for whatever reason.

However, following the announcement, screenshots of Norris’s chat with an Instagram user surfaced on the internet.

The theme of the conversation between the user and the McLaren man was friendly. In the conversation, as per the Sun, Norris invites the user to his hotel for some takeout. The two also discuss their relationship status where Norris claimed, “I’m single now.”

The claim, however, was before Norris’s public separation announcement. Norris requested the user to not publish the conversation online as he wrote, “please delete them haha,” referring to his texts.

Safe to assume, the Brit’s plan to meet new people in Zandvoort did not pan out well for him.
