German world champion, Nico Rosberg, told Augsburger Allgemeine, ” I knew how good he was, For the outside world it is now a confirmation that he is the best of all time, even by titles.”
He added, “That I beat him in the same car gives me extra confirmation of my success.”

The race in 2016 in Abu Dhabi saw the closet fight for the championship in recent history. Even though Lewis Hamilton did win the race, Rosberg came home 2nd which saw him clear by 5 just points. Hence he has crowned the champion. Subsequently, Rosberg retired the following season as he achieved his dream.

The rival will continue even if it is away from the F1 grid. The Knight and Rosberg will fight in Extreme E, as both have newly founded teams in the competition. Rosberg Racing will face off Hamilton’s X44 in the Extreme E motorsport.
For now, the seven-time world champion will be on the grid for the upcoming season, as he recently signed a one-year deal with the Silver Arrows. The fans would be excited to see him back on the track as he has his eyes on his 8th title, which would set a new world record.
