The latest McLaren social media content is super fun and reminds us of the Carlando [Carlos-Lando] bromance. To win an argument with Lando Norris over thongs, Oscar Piastri launches a $29.99 pair. What is this pair and did Piastri really just launch these to win an argument?

McLaren has been uploading wholesome content with Piastri and Norris. Ever since the team started contending for podiums, the mood in the team seems to be great. About a week ago, McLaren uploaded a reel on Instagram where the Aussie and the Briton can be seen debating over “Shoe Thongs”. Norris suggests that people are now going to imagine Piastri with Thongs around his feet. 

The duo was actually talking about Flip-Flops. To win the week-old argument, Oscar Piastri has now released a new collection. Flip Flops are a part of the collection. Oscar Piastri cheekily tagged Lando Norris in an Instagram story with the McLaren video of them arguing and a picture of the “Shoe Thongs” priced at $29.99. The product is actually named Shoe Thongs on the online Oscar Piastri shop. The footwear is white in color with Orange and blue stripes on it.

We’re not sure if Oscar Piastri released the Flip-Flops just for the sake of winning the argument but naming them Shoe Thongs does somewhat point in that direction. Nonetheless, it’s part of a bigger collection. Let’s see what is there in the collection.

Oscar Piastri releases a Summer Break collection 

As the F1 season goes into the Summer Break, Oscar Piastri decided to release a new collection which coincidentally is named Summer Break. We’ve already mentioned that the “Shoe Thongs” are a part of the collection. Other products released as part of the collection are some T-Shirts, Hoodies and Beach Towels.

A total of 12 products are released in the collection. The Beach Towel is available in Orange and Blue colors. Hoodies are available in blue and white whereas T-Shirts are available in white, blue, black, and gray. A special Oscar Piastri 1:2 scale helmet was also released but is not part of the collection.
