A lot has been made about the team dynamics at play currently in Ferrari. However, what the team desperately needs right now, more than anything, is harmony and balance within the team. This weekend, the Scuderia and Charles Leclerc will be hoping to kick-start their 2023 campaign. And the early signs from the Jeddah Street Circuit are positive, at least with regard to the relationship shared between the 25-year-old Monegasque and his French team principal, Frederic Vasseur.
After the disappointment in Bahrain, a lot of speculation was floating in the media and around the paddock about the strained relationship the duo had suffered in the aftermath of Leclerc’s lap-40 retirement. Be that as it may, Leclerc came out recently to stick a pin in those rumors. But words are one thing, actions are another. The recent body language between the two can be amply seen in a pre-race Sky Sports segment where Leclerc was up against Timo Glock in a game of ping-pong.

The Saudi Arabian GP can become a make-or-break race for Leclerc and the entire team at Ferrari. Given this cheerful mood in the Scuderia camp, can we expect the gremlins of Bahrain to be sorted out? Can they bounce back and take the fight to Red Bull in Jeddah on Sunday?
