We often see them hanging out and chatting with each other before the race or even after one. So it was no surprise to see them driving back to their hotels together after the Canadian GP qualifying.

However, it was funny to see Gasly wearing a Ferrari cap while sitting alongside Leclerc in the traffic. Fans too took to social media to share their reactions to the ride.

“I don’t know whether it will work out or not. It was a bit more difficult to overtake than what I initially thought yesterday, but overall I think we’ve got quite a good pace in the car. If we play it smart with the strategy, having some clean air, we can come back to P4 or something. So that is the goal and yeah, I’ll give it everything,” said Leclerc.

Yet fans will expect him to make his way up the grid and finish at least in the Top-6 with the pace advantage he has. Let’s see how much damage he can limit in the championship on Sunday.
