How did Leclerc perform in FP1 and FP2?
The 24-year-old had a tough start to his weekend in Qatar. The Ferrari driver could only manage to be seventh fastest in the first free practice session. While, in FP2, things didn’t improve for the Monegasque racing driver as he fell down to thirteenth on the timesheet.
With FP3 tomorrow followed by the intense qualifying session, Leclerc hopes to redeem himself this weekend at the Losail International Circuit.
With the Maranello-based team sitting third in the constructor’s standings, Leclerc will be hoping to pick some much-needed points with his Spanish teammate, Carlos Sainz to help the Italian team in the constructor’s championship.
