Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez are having a good season, with both of them being constant podium finishers. Besides the Australian Grand Prix, the two drivers have often found themselves ahead of the rest and on top of the podium. Red Bull is happy with the results they have achieved this season and the trophies that are just piling up on the shelves.

By this point, Red Bull has just way too many trophies, with Max Verstappen bringing in one almost every race weekend. This year itself, they have eight driver trophies from Verstappen and Sergio Perez, and after a point, what do you even do with so many trophies? You get creative, like Red Bull, of course!

The last race that Max Verstappen won was the Chinese Grand Prix, and the trophy this year is quite an interesting one. The Chinese presented the three winners of the Grand Prix with trophies that were in the form of small hoops. This is what gave the Red Bull team an idea, which was later captured in a picture from their paddock.

Images of the Red Bull mechanics playing with the trophies were uploaded on X, and that’s where we see the team using the rings like hoola hoops. This sparked quite a buzz on the internet, with many laughing at the antics of the team and some being against the idea of doing so. The first half enjoys the creativity and playfulness of the team, and on the other hand, the fans believe the trophy is to be respected and kept in a safe and secure position.

Ultimately, the winners of the trophies get to do whatever they want with them, and Red Bull chooses to have fun with them. With the number of trophies the team has, this is just another one for the collection, as they know that there are many more to come this season. That being said, although Max Verstappen finished first, his teammate didn’t assist by getting a 1-2 finish.

Lando Norris came in second at the Chinese Grand Prix. And although he celebrated his win with his friend Max Verstappen, he mentioned the problem his buddy had created for the sport.

Following the Chinese Grand Prix, McLaren drivers came forward to talk about the situation with Formula 1 at the moment. He believes, “It is frustrating for people watching but it has always been like this.” Max Verstappen wins almost every race, and the last time he didn’t score points was because of his car breaking down. By the way, things look, it’s impossible to win against him.

Lando Norris stated his observations, saying, “Now, we are seeing more dominance than ever, so it is never going to be the best to watch and the only exciting races have been the ones that Max is not in.” Norris was asked if Verstappen winning every race would become a turn-off for viewers and fans, and to this he said, “Of course it is going to be. There is no way you can say it won’t be. If you see the same driver winning every single time without a fight then of course it does start to become boring and that is obvious.”

For all the new F1 fans, this is just the way it is going to be for a bit; Max Verstappen’s dominance will change the notion of the spectators. Being undisputed, it gets annoying considering that there is no action going on at the front of the grid. It’s only P2 onwards, and many fans believe that’s where the standings should be considered.

With that said, do you think this dominance of Max Verstappen will end soon? Or will he be unbeatable even in 2025? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
